David Arsenault, founder and president of Logistics Transformation Solutions, LLC and former President and CEO of Hyundai Merchant Marine America, will give his annual luncheon keynote to discuss "The State of the Industry: 2017 in Review - What's Ahead for 2018." Mr. Arsenault will give a brief review of 2017 and provide his perspective on the current state of the container trade. He will also share his thoughts about what it will take to return to a state of "fair winds and following seas" for all key stakeholders in the supply chain.
A graduate of the United States Merchant Marine Academy in Kings Point, New York, Mr. Arsenault obtained a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nautical Science and Marine Transportation and a 3rd Mates License as a Merchant Marine Officer for vessels of unlimited tonnage on any ocean in addition to serving as a U.S. Naval Reserve Officer for twelve years.
