Over the past 13 years, Special Agent Shih has investigated a variety of cyber cases including those related to computer intrusions, internet fraud, and intellectual property rights violations. Special Agent Shih earned a B.S. in ECCS (Electrical Engineering/Computer Science) from UC Berkeley.

An additional presentation will be provided by Capt.
