Matt Schrap currently holds the position of Chief Executive Officer for the Harbor Trucking Association. He formally began his journey with the HTA on June 11 of 2021 and since then has been rapidly familiarizing himself with the myriad of issues impacting harbor drayage on the West Coast.

Previously, Matt was the Vice President of Government Programs for the Velocity Vehicle Group where he worked closely with governmental organizations and assisted equipment owners with in-use regulatory compliance standards and public assistance opportunities available for heavy duty equipment turnover.

Before his time at VVG, Matt held the position the as Director of Environmental Affairs for the California Trucking Association where he worked on Air Quality Regulatory Programs and Intermodal Policy. Matt joined CTA after completing a Fellowship with the Center for California Studies, State Senate Fellows Program.

He is also currently Co-Chair of the CARB/SCAQMD Cmte. With the Los Angeles County Business Federation and an is an instructor for the Center for International Trade and Transportation Global Logistics Professional Designation. Matt holds an MA in Public Policy Administration from CSULB and a BA in Government from Sacramento State.

Matt LeDucq is the co-founder and CEO of Forum Mobility. Matt has 20 years of experience in the renewables business, has overseen $5B+ in transactions in EPC, OEM, and long-term investments, and has bountiful experience leading transactions for utility-scale solar, community solar, stand-alone storage, electric vehicle, fuel cell & microgrids. Before becoming founding Forum Mobility, Matt was the Executive Director of NextEra Energy’s distributed generation team, overseeing all greenfield origination, land acquisition, early-stage development, and M&A. His team built the distributed generation pipeline to nearly $2B in owned assets. Matt has also held various leadership roles with Suntech, Yingli, EI Solutions, and PowerLight, where he started his career as a construction manager in 2003. He holds a BA from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.

Chanel Parson is responsible for progressing SCE’s vision for a Clean Energy Future through the electrification of vehicles and buildings. Her portfolio includes over $1 billion in programs that address key barriers to electrification – availability, affordability, and awareness. Her portfolio also includes strategy, program development, business development and partnerships, and codes and standards.

Prior to this role, Chanel was the executive responsible for SCE’s Advanced Energy Solutions portfolio of programs and its 5 million customer accounts for customer solar, battery storage, energy efficiency, and demand response programs.

With over 17 years of utility experience, Chanel has led teams in training, transmission and distribution operations, project management, regulatory, safety, and customer service.

Chanel has earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from UCLA, a Master of Arts in Organizational Behavior and Program Evaluation from Claremont Graduate University, and a Master of Business Administration from UCLA Anderson School of Management.
